This Fig, Goat Cheese and Bacon Pizza is light but absolutely delicious. The creaminess of the goat cheese is paired with the sweetness of the figs and the savory taste of shallots. This whole wheat, thin crust pizza is topped with crispy bacon and a honey balsamic glaze. Yum!
Figs are absolutely amazing. They are sweet without being too sweet. They are soft and pair well with cheese. Plus, they look gorgeous and really class up any dish. For the last few weeks, I’ve seen all of these fig recipes around the internet and I couldn’t resist a few of them. I want to make pumpkin recipes. I really do. I LOVE fall so much but it’s still hot as heck here. I’m writing this post and it’s 87 degrees and humid…in the Midwest. This isn’t Florida, folks.
